SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Andriani SpA works with couriers that provide the best services to ensure reliability, accuracy and punctuality in the delivery of its products.

To ensure that the purchased goods are delivered within the indicated timeframes, Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery address information when placing their order. Andriani SpA shall not be held responsible for any delays and/or failed deliveries resulting from Customer negligence, particularly incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

2.1 DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Product delivery times are 2–3 working days for Italy, 5 working days for Europe, and 5 or more working days for non-EU countries, starting 24 working hours after the Shipping Confirmation date. Andriani SpA will send the Shipping Confirmation to the Customer by email, using the address provided in the order form.

International shipping services are suspended until further notice.

This email will contain all relevant delivery details (products shipped, any outstanding amounts due, payment methods accepted by the appointed courier, collection instructions, etc.) and the shipment tracking number, allowing Customers to check the exact location of their parcel at any time and monitor its progress in real time on the courier’s website.

2.2 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the requested delivery speed. Costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the online checkout process.

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders exceeding €59.00.

International shipping is free for orders exceeding €130.00.

Shipping within Italy

For orders below €59.00, shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the products:

• Up to and including 2 kg: €6.90

• Over 2 kg and up to and including 5 kg: €7.90

• Over 5 kg and up to and including 10 kg: €9.90

• Over 10 kg: €11.90

For orders of €59.00 or more, shipping is free throughout Italy.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to eligible countries, divided into specific geographical zones.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination zone and the total weight of the order and are automatically displayed at checkout.

For international orders of €119.00 or more, shipping is free, exclusively for eligible destinations and subject to the applicable weight restrictions.

The maximum permitted weight for each international order is 30 kg.

Orders with a total weight exceeding 30 kg cannot be completed with international shipping through the online store.
